Diwas-Logistik, as a second business field of Diwas GmbH, was born due to the increasing demand for warehouse space in the largest logistics market in Europe.
Dietrich Washausen (Dipl. Economics) is Managing Director of Diwas GmbH. He has almost 20 years‘ experience in the real estate industry, having specialised in the management and rental of commercial space, and sales of multi-family residential and commercial buildings. As he is based in Berlin, this has been his primary market. However, he has also been involved in many successful deals in other cities such as Leipzig, Dresden and Erfurt.
Diwas-Logistik specialises in the marketing and selling of both development land for logistics purposes and existing logistics buildings. We understand logistics real estate according to the definition of the Fraunhofer Institute as a building, which has been constructed primarily with a focus on handling and storage as well as services related to this purpose. Based on many years of activity in the logistics and the real estate industry, we were able to build a network of project developers, municipalities, buyers and owners, that we are constantly expanding.

Neubau: Im Magna Park Berlin-Werder (Havel) entstehen neue Bauabschnitte
Gazeley, ein Entwickler und Investor von Logistikimmobilien und Distributionsparks, startet den nächsten Bauabschnitt im „Magna Park Berlin-Werder (Havel)“. Einer Mitteilung vom 25. Mai zufolge errichtet das Unternehmen dort 62.000 Quadratmeter Logistikflächen, die „Units 5“ und „6“. Zusätzliche 140.000 Quadratmeter sollen in noch folgenden Entwicklungsabschnitten realisiert werden, da der Standort weitere Grundstücksfläche bietet, so die Angaben. Das Bauunternehmen Max Bögl ist laut Gazeley mit der Errichtung der Objekte beauftragt, der Baustart hat bereits stattgefunden. Die Realisierung dieses aktuellen Bauabschnitts erfolgt spekulativ.
Sechs Einheiten
Die neuen Gebäude sollen insgesamt sechs Einheiten bieten, die flexibel an einen oder mehrere Nutzer vermietet werden können. Unit 5 werde mit 47 Ladetoren ausgestattet, Unit 6 mit 25 Ladetoren. Beide sollen zehn Meter lichte Höhe bieten. Für die neu entwickelten Objekte werde die Zertifizierung gemäß DGNB Gold für die Erfüllung ausgewählter Nachhaltigkeitskriterien angestrebt. Mit der Vermarktung wurden laut Gazeley die Immobilienunternehmen BNP Paribas Real Estate und CBRE beauftragt.
Südwestlich der Hauptstadt
Der Magna Park Berlin-Werder (Havel) befindet sich südwestlich der Hauptstadt direkt an der Autobahn A10, dem Berliner Ring. Damit besteht, so die Mitteilung, eine direkte Verkehrsanbindung an die Autobahnen A9 (Berlin-Leipzig) und A24 (Berlin-Hamburg). Die Fahrzeit bis zur Autobahn A2 (Berlin-Hannover) beträgt nur sieben Minuten. Das Objekt ist von Potsdam 14 Kilometer und von Berlin 30 Kilometer weit entfernt. Die Hauptstadtregion um Berlin und Brandenburg ist aufgrund ihrer zentralen geografischen Lage eine Drehscheibe des europäischen Güterverkehrs.
